Statistical Plans: Auto - Volume I

NISS Statistical Plans contain the codes used to report member companies' statistical data and their descriptions.

This plan is applicable to all automobile liability, no-fault and physical damage direct business written by the insurer in all states except Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina and Texas. The plan includes both personal and commercial risks and it also includes both voluntary and assigned risks.

This Statistical Plan applies to various coverages under Homeowners Policies, Mobilehome Policies, Comprehensive Dwelling Policies, Policies providing Fire, Extended Coverage and Other Allied Lines on dwellings, and also to the property of tenants of apartment houses or owners of condominium units.
